Abstract:
A camera having an imaging element; an imaging section for imaging an object; a
finder for confirming the composition of the object; a detection section for detecting
a relative angle between the imaging element and the finder based on the composition
obtained through the finder by using an image that is obtained by imaging a predetermined
reference line by the imaging section; and a recording section for recording
the result of the detection by the detection section. The construction enables
the composition determined through the finder and the composition in the obtained
image to be matched with each other by simple adjustment. The camera may have
a calculation section for calculating a correction value for correcting an image
created by the imaging section, and the recording section may records the correction
value calculated by the calculation section. Also, the camera may further have
an image processing section for correcting, based on a correction value calculated
by the calculation section, an image created by the imaging section.
