Abstract:
Provided is a canned-motor-pump bearing structure for a canned motor pump (8) that includes: a rotary shaft (2) that rotates integrally with a rotor (12) of a motor part (11); bearings (3a), (3b) that are fitted in casing-side bearing housings (32a), (32b) provided in pump parts (31) via elastic sheet materials (33) and that support the rotary shaft (2) so as to be freely rotatable in the vertical direction; bearing supported members (4a), (4b) that are fixed with respect to the rotary shaft (2) in the axial direction between the rotor (12) of the motor part (11) and the bearings (3a), (3b) and that are supported by the bearings (3a), (3b) so as to be freely rotatable in the axial direction; and impellers (6a), (6b) that rotate integrally with the rotary shaft (2). In the canned motor pump (8), part of a liquid to be conveyed through rotation of the impellers (6a), (6b) flows between the rotary shaft (2) and the bearings (3a), (3b). In the case where the bearings (3a), (3b) are pressed by the bearing supported members (4a), (4b) toward the opposite sides from the rotor (12), elastic reaction forces are given in the axial direction.
