Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of machinery and, in particular, relates to a cantilever beam plate arc surface sealing anti-smashing conveyor. The sealing anti-smashing conveyor comprises cantilever beam material-conveying sub-member chain units, a cantilever beam chain shaft upper portion material-conveying plate having a front convex arc and a rear concave arc which have the same radian, and a chain shaft, wherein the cantilever beam material-conveying sub-member chain units are connected by means of the chain shaft in a penetrating manner; the cantilever beam chain shaft upper portion material-conveying plate having the front convex arc and the rear concave arc which have the same radian is arranged at a cantilever beam part of the upper portion of the chain shaft; the cantilever beam material-conveying sub-member chain unit comprises a shaft hole support material-conveying member cantilever beam, a chain unit member front shaft hole and a chain unit member rear shaft hole; the convex arc is rotated by taking the chain shaft as the axis and the concave arc is fastened, and a convex arc surface is rotated in a sealing manner by taking the chain shaft as the axis; a connecting shaft hole support material-conveying member cantilever beam mechanism is connected to the shaft hole support material-conveying member cantilever beam to allow the cantilever beam material-conveying sub-member chain unit and the cantilever beam chain shaft upper portion material-conveying plate having the front convex arc and the rear concave arc which have the same radian to form a cantilever beam chain unit-connected material-conveying member having a front convex arc and a rear concave arc which have the same radian; and a plurality of cantilever beam chain unit-connected material-conveying members having the front convex arc and the rear concave arc which have the same radian are connected by means of the chain shaft in a penetrating manner to form a cantilever beam material-conveying plate sealing belt having a front convex arc and a rear concave arc which have the same radian.
