Abstract:
A chain-protecting plate-shaft anti-hitting buffering lug-free single-axis conveyor belt (1), comprising a chain-protecting plate-shaft lug-free single-axis armored belt (2). The chain-protecting plate-shaft lug-free single-axis armored belt (2) comprises lug-free single-axis armored members (3), locking shaft connecting members (4), and chain-protecting shaft structures (5); each lug-free single-axis armored member (3) comprises a lug-free anti-hitting body (6) and penetrating connecting plate shafts (7); each chain-protecting shaft structure (5) is provided on the side portion of each lug-free single-axis armored member (3); the upper surface of each chain-protecting shaft structure (5) is consistent with that of each lug-free single-axis armored member (3), or the upper surface of each chain-protecting shaft structure (5) is provided a material blocking mechanism (8); the lower portion of each chain-protecting shaft structure (5) is provided with an operation space for the locking connection between each locking shaft connecting member (4) and the penetrating connecting plate shafts (7); each locking shaft connecting member (4) is locked with the penetrating connecting plate shafts (7) at the lower portion of each chain-protecting shaft structure (5); the chain-protecting shaft structure (5) protects the locking shaft connecting member (4) and the penetrating connecting plate shafts (7); a left penetrating connecting member shaft (9) and a right penetrating connecting member shaft (10) are provided on either side of each lug-free anti-hitting body (6); each locking shaft connecting member (4) is provided a connecting member front locking shaft hole (11) and a connecting member rear locking shaft hole (12); and the plurality of lug-free single-axis armored members (3) are locked to form a chain-protecting plate-shaft lug-free single-axis armored belt (2).
