Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a capacitive touch panel having minimal space requirements and low cost, while making it possible to prevent malfunctions due to changes in capacitance on wiring lines. [Solution] This capacitive touch panel (50) has a recessed portion formed in a region facing wiring lines (34a to 34d) on the back face of a control panel portion (20), and a low-dielectric-constant layer (22) is furnished to this location. Therefore, the external dimensions of the control panel portion (20) and a capacitive sensor portion (30) are not large. Additionally, because the recessed portion is formed in the control panel portion (20), the necessary low-dielectric-constant layer (22) can be formed in the necessary area at low cost and relatively freely.
