Abstract:
A capacitor and power device assembly having a cooling structure, comprising an upper cover plate (1), a housing (2), a lower cover plate (3), a capacitor, and power devices. The capacitor is arranged in a cavity of the housing (2), and the power devices are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the upper cover plate (1) and the lower cover plate (3); the cooling structure comprises a liquid inlet (4) and a liquid outlet (5), which are respectively formed on the upper cover plate (1) and/or the lower cover plate (3); the cooling structure further comprises a first cooling channel and a second cooling channel which are respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the upper cover plate (1) and the lower cover plate (3), the first cooling channel is used for cooling the capacitor, and the second cooling channel is used for cooling the power devices. The cooling structure uses the mode of liquid cooling, the first cooling channel is arranged on two sides of the capacitor, so that double-sided cooling for the capacitor is achieved and the cooling efficiency is high, and the cooling structure is further provided with the second cooling channel for cooling the power devices, so that simultaneous cooling for the capacitor and the power devices is achieved; moreover, the space occupied is small and the structure is compact.
