Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of reducing impedance. In a capacitor (100), a plurality of first metal layers (11) are connected to a first external electrode, and separated from a second external electrode. A plurality of second metal layers (12) are connected to the second external electrode, and separated from the first external electrode. A plurality of third metal layers (13) are connected to a third external electrode (3), and separated from a fourth external electrode (4). A plurality of fourth metal layers (14) are connected to the fourth external electrode (4), and separated from the third external electrode (3). In a plurality of metal layers (10), in a first direction (D1), each of the plurality of first metal layers (11) is adjacent to at least one metal layer (10) among the plurality of third metal layers (13) and the plurality of fourth metal layers (14). Each of the plurality of third metal layers (13) is adjacent to at least one metal layer (10) among the plurality of first metal layers (11) and the plurality of second metal layers (12).
