Carbamoyltetrazolinones of the following general formula (1); agricultural chemicals containing these compounds; and herbicides containing the same wherein L?1¿ is CR?2¿R?3¿; L?2¿ is CR?4¿R?5¿, CR?4¿R?5¿CR?6¿R?7¿, or the like; at least one of R?1¿, R?2¿, R?3¿, R?4¿, R?5¿, R?6¿ and R?7¿ is phenyl (which may be substituted with C¿1-4? alkyl or the like) and the others are each independently hydrogen, C¿1-4? alkyl, or the like; and R?12¿ and R?13¿ are each independently hydrogen, C¿1-6? alkyl, C¿3-6? cycloalkyl, or the like.
