Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbazole derivative and an application thereof. The structural formula of the carbazole derivative is as shown in formula (I). The carbazole derivative of the present invention has a higher triplet state energy level, and is suitable for being used as a material for an organic electroluminescent element. The material for an organic electroluminescent element comprising the carbazole derivative of the present invention has a low starting voltage, high luminous efficiency, and high brightness. Moreover, the carbazole derivative of the present invention has good thermal stability and film-forming property, and can prolong the service life when being applied to a material for an organic electroluminescent element, an organic electroluminescent element, a display device, and a lighting device, and thus the manufacturing cost of the material for an organic electroluminescent element, the organic electroluminescent element, the display device, and the lighting device can be reduced.
