Abstract:
A carbonization treatment method for a negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery comprising the following steps: a, laying a thermal insulation pad in a carbonization furnace; b, configuring one end of a first electrically conductive graphite felt to abut an inner wall of a furnace head of the carbonization furnace, and configuring the other end of the first electrically conductive graphite felt to be spaced apart from an inner wall of a furnace tail of the carbonization furnace; c, evenly placing, at same-spaced intervals on the first electrically conductive graphite felt, graphite crucibles filled with a first negative electrode material, and filling a second negative electrode material at a position between the graphite crucibles and a side wall of the carbonization furnace; d, laying a second electrically conductive graphite felt on a graphite crucible layer, configuring one end of the second electrically conductive graphite felt to abut the inner wall of the furnace tail of the carbonization furnace, and configuring the other end of the second electrically conductive graphite felt to be spaced apart from the inner wall of the furnace head of the carbonization furnace; e, using a furnace top to cover the second electrically conductive graphite felt; f, supplying power to the carbonization furnace; g, monitoring a temperature field of the carbonization furnace; h, stopping supplying power, and performing heat dissipation and cooling; and i, completing carbonization treatment of the first negative electrode material, collecting the second negative electrode material, so as to use same as the first negative electrode material for next carbonization treatment.
