Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a card-type radio communication device with which degradation of communication performance of a dipole antenna can be suppressed while a coil antenna of a larger size can be implemented within a limited card size. A card-type radio communication device pertaining to the present invention is provided with a coil antenna and a dipole antenna. The dipole antenna is provided with: a first dipole element having a first connection end connected to an RFIC element for a second frequency band, a first linear part disposed so as to extend along the outer edge of the coil antenna from the first connection end, and a first open end disposed at a position opposite the outer edge of the coil antenna across the first linear part; and a second dipole element having a second connection end connected to the RFIC element for the second frequency band and a second open end disposed so as to be distanced from the outer edge of the coil antenna by a distance exceeding the shortest distance between the first linear part and the outer edge of the coil antenna.
