Abstract:
This carrier glass is a carrier glass for transporting an organic resin substrate, and is characterized in that: the carrier glass has a flat-sheet shape with a thickness of from 0.1 to 1.2 mm; the iron content in the glass is from 45 to 130 ppm by mass in terms of Fe2O3; and the transmittance in the thickness direction at a wavelength of 308 nm is from 71 to 81%.
