The present disclosure provides a carrier peptide fragment which has cell membrane permeability and makes it possible to introduce a target foreign substance from outside a eukaryotic cell into at least the cytoplasm of the cell. The carrier peptide fragment disclosed herein is composed of the amino acid sequence RKKRNSKRLTRKK.
