Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a mount part to which a to-be-transferred object is mounted; and an accommodation part having formed therein two grooves in which drive force transmission members that transmit a drive force to the to-be-transferred object are accommodated in such a manner as to cross mutually. One of the two grooves has a curved portion, and chafing between cables is lessened by using a carrier plate in which a lateral surface of the curved portion comes into contact with a lateral surface of each drive force transmission member in such a manner as to suppress movement of the drive force transmission members at a location where the drive force transmission members cross each other.
