This casing is provided with: a lower casing which has a first connection port formed in the side wall, with a first pipe for passage of a liquid connected to the first connection port; and an upper casing which is provided rotatably on the top surface of the lower casing and which has a second connection port formed in the side wall and forming a variable angle with the first connection port, with a second pipe for passage of the liquid connected to the second connection port.
