A catadioptric lens system and a video see-through device equipped therewith are disclosed. The disclosed catadioptric lens system and the video see-through device equipped therewith comprise: a display unit for emitting light of an image; and a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens successively disposed along the direction of an optical axis from near user eyeballs toward the upper surface of the display unit. A second surface facing the upper surface of the first lens is configured to reflect at least a part of light coming from the second lens. A fourth lens facing the upper surface of the second lens is configured to re-reflect at least a part of light reflected by and coming from the first lens. The first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens successively have positive, positive, negative, and positive refractive power. The first lens is installed to be able to move in the optical axis direction such that the distance from the second lens is in the range of 0.1mm to 1.1mm. A change in refractive power within the range of movement of the first lens is in the range of -7D to +1D.
