Abstract:
Provided are a catalyst loaded with a TEMPO compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The catalyst loaded with a TEMPO compound uses a polymer resin as a carrier, wherein the polymer resin is a polystyrene resin containing a chloromethyl or bromomethyl group, and the content of the chloromethyl or bromomethyl group in the polymer resin is 0.5-5.0 mmol g-1. The polymer resin has a polystyrene framework and has a very low swelling degree in an organic solvent; in actual continuous production, the low swelling degree is beneficial for maintaining the rigidity of the resin, and the phenomena of softening, mutual extrusion, the increased pressure (pressure holding) of a reaction device, etc. caused by resin expansion are prevented, such that it is ensured that the resin does not break; and the resin has good tolerance to an oxidizing agent (such as sodium hypochlorite), and does not break and degrade after coming in contact with the oxidizing agent, and thus the cycle life of the loaded catalyst is ensured.
