Abstract:
This catalyst for organic matter decomposition comprises BaCO3, and a perovskite-type composite oxide represented by general formula AxByMzOw, wherein in general formula AxByMzOw, A includes Ba, B includes Zr, and M is Mn. When the peak intensity of BaCO3 (111) is I (BaCO3 (111)), and the peak intensity of the perovskite-type composite oxide AxByMzOw (110) is I (BaZrO3 (110)), the ratio I(BaCO3 (111))/I(BaZrO3 (110)) is 0.022-0.052 when measuring the catalyst for organic matter decomposition through X-ray diffraction. The catalyst for organic matter decomposition comprises BaCO3, and a perovskite-type composite oxide represented by general formula AxByMzOw, wherein: in general formula AxByMzOw, A includes Ba, B includes Zr, M is Mn; the relationships of 1.01≤x≤1.06, 0.1≤z≤0.125, y+z=1 are satisfied; w is a positive value satisfying electrical neutrality; and the specific surface area is 12.3 m2/g-16.9 m2/g.
