Abstract:
The present application provides a cell assembly and a preparation method therefor. The cell assembly comprises: a first sub-cell, a second sub-cell adjacent to the first sub-cell, and a bottom electrode. The first sub-cell and the second sub-cell each comprises a P-type layer and an N-type layer, and a light absorption layer located between the P-type layer and the N-type layer. The P-type layer of the first sub-cell and the N-type layer of the second sub-cell are connected by means of the bottom electrode. Also provided is a method of connection between sub-batteries, which can reduce the geometrical optical loss caused by the interconnection between the sub-batteries, compared with the current methods in which the sub-batteries are interconnected by cutting to form P1, P2, and P3 gaps.
