Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cell production system and a cell production method whereby cost can be reduced by reducing the number of steps in a treatment method that uses CAR-T cells. [Solution] The cell production system 100 pertaining to the present invention has: a separation unit 20 for separating T cells from blood of a patient; a flow channel device 40 configured so as to be airtight, into which can be introduced a drug for introducing a gene into T cells, and a reagent for washing T cells into which a gene is introduced; and an adjustment unit 30 provided with an introduction space for introduction of the flow channel device 40, the adjustment unit 30 being capable of adjusting a fluid supplied to the introduction space and the temperature of the introduction space.
