Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a cell switching method, an apparatus, a network device, a terminal device and a storage medium. The cell switching method includes: a first network device sends a switching request to a second network device, the switching request includes at least one of the following: conditional switching instruction information, and time duration recommendation information for a first timer; the first network device receives a switching command sent by the second network device the switching command includes configuration information for switching and time duration of the first timer, the first timer is used to control the effective time of the configuration information in the switching command; the first network device sends the switching command to the terminal device, and a condition for the terminal device to initiate a switching to the second network device, which is set by the first network device.
