Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell therapy product for treatment of a bone disease, which is prepared by mixing bone cells differentiated from umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells with undifferentiated, umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells at a certain ratio. More particularly, the present invention can provide a cell therapy product capable of effectively treating bone diseases, wherein differentiated bone cells are mixed at a ratio of 0.5 to 1.5 with undifferentiated cells, whereby the undifferentiated cells promote angiogenesis and thus bone reconstruction or osteogenesis.
