Abstract:
A biological component treatment system (22) in which a biological component kit (12) including a biological component cassette (10) is set in a biological component treatment device (14) for use therein. The biological component cassette (10) comprises a cassette main body (40) having flow paths (44) for a liquid in the interior of the cassette main body (40), and which is formed in a flexible sheet-like shape, and a frame (50) made less flexible than the cassette main body (40) and retaining the cassette main body (40). The frame (50) includes an accommodation chamber (52) and side portions (56). One surface of the cassette main body (40) is covered by a bottom portion (52b) of the accommodation chamber (52), and another surface of the cassette main body (40) is exposed from the frame (50).
