Title:
CELLULOSE ETHER DERIVATIVE FINE PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/073626
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are cellulose ether derivative fine particles that have an average particle size of 1-1000 μm, a linseed oil absorption of 50-1000 mL/100 g, and an average surface pore size of 0.05-5 μm, and that are obtained by mixing a cellulose ether derivative (A), a polymer (B) that is not a cellulose ether derivative, and an alcohol solvent (C), phase-separating the mixture into two phases which are a solution phase containing the cellulose ether derivative (A) as the main component and a solution phase containing the polymer (B) as the main component, forming an emulsion in a system in which the solvents of the two phases obtained by the phase separation are substantially the same, and thereafter, bringing the emulsion into contact with a poor solvent (D).
