Abstract:
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel technique using a BAF. As the invention that can achieve the problem, the following material is provided: a chimeric protein containing a light-emitting domain and a cellulose- and/or chitin-binding domain, wherein the light-emitting domain comprises at least one light-emitting protein selected from the group consisting of luciferase and a fluorescent protein.
