Abstract:
A chain armor type flap valve, comprising a valve base (1) and a chain armor type valve clack (2). The valve clack (2) comprises elastic seal rings (24), elastic connecting bars (22), seal elements (23), and multiple lock pieces (21) sequentially arranged in parallel. The elastic connecting bars (22) connect all the lock pieces (21) in series, and the elastic seal rings (24) hoop all the lock pieces (21) together to form an integral structure. Each lock piece (21) is provided with a clamping groove fit with the corresponding elastic seal ring (24). The elastic seal rings (24) are mounted in the clamping grooves. The seal elements (23) are disposed between every two adjacent lock pieces (21). One end of the valve clack (2) is movably connected to the outer side wall of the upper end of the valve base (1). The top of the valve base (1) is provided with a valve opening sealing face (11) matched with the valve clack (2). When the valve clack (2) makes sealingly contact with the valve base (1), every two adjacent lock pieces (21) are in sealing contact with each other. Regarding the present chain armor type flap valve, the deformation ability of the valve clack is high, the sealing and fitting position can be adjusted automatically, the success rate of matching is high, and the sealing performance is reliable. The flap valve is particularly applicable to sealing of the lower end of a pressurizing cylinder in the pressure keeping and core pulling process, and during the opening process, the valve clack can be attached to the outer wall of the pressurizing cylinder closely so as to save the space and achieve a reverse self-locking characteristic in the pressure keeping and stressing process.
