Abstract:
This characteristic information collection method comprises: a first visual target presentation step for presenting at least one visual target (30) that includes prescribed visible elements (31, etc.) to a subject in a white-light environment in which white light (L0) enters the retina (R) of the subject; a prescribed light environment creation step for creating a prescribed light environment in which prescribed light (L1) that differs from the white light (L0) with respect to at least one of the spectral distribution and the brightness thereof enters the retina (R) of the subject; a second visual target presentation step for presenting the visual target (30) to the subject again in the prescribed light environment; an information reception step for receiving, from the subject, characteristic information relating to the viewing of the visual target (30) in the first visual target presentation step and the second visual target presentation step; and a collection step for collecting the characteristic information received from the subject.
