Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to create and provide to a user an exercise menu contributing to improvement of an ambulation function. A device of the present disclosure comprises: a body state information storage unit that stores body state information which is information of a plurality of predetermined regions related to an ambulation function; an ambulation importance information storage unit that stores ambulation importance information indicating importance related to the ambulation function for each of the plurality of predetermined regions; an exercise information storage unit that stores exercise information indicating a relationship between a plurality of exercises contributing to improvement of the ambulation function and the plurality of predetermined regions; an exercise menu creation unit that selects at least one predetermined region on the basis of the body state information and the ambulation importance information and selects a predetermined exercise related to the selected predetermined region from among the plurality of exercises to create an exercise menu; and an output unit that outputs the created exercise menu.
