Abstract:

According to the present invention, an input and output device comprises: an instruction analysis unit which generates a conversation manuscript in which conversation uttered by a user is converted into character string data, and recognizes, from the conversation manuscript, the user's intention for the conversation including instructions to an image acquisition device; a history holding unit which records, as history information, the conversation manuscript, the conversation intention, and a response, from the image acquisition device to the image acquisition device, to the instruction; a difference analysis unit which divides a report creation period with the timing when the user gives an instruction including the intention to save a captured image to the image acquisition device as a boundary, and outputs report creation information in which history information divided for each report creation period, the captured image corresponding to the history information, and difference conditions are associated with each other; and a report holding unit that creates a report for each report creation period, on the basis of the report creation information, and records the created report.
