Abstract:
One of the purposes of the present invention is to reduce labor of a user when placing an electronic shelf label (103) on a utensil (104). The present invention is provided with: one or more electronic shelf labels (103); and a management device (107) that manages the one or more electronic shelf labels (103). The management device (107) is provided with: a commodity ID acquisition unit (120) that, upon reception of exhibition region information for identifying exhibition regions of one or more commodities, acquires commodity information items about the one or more commodities corresponding to commodity IDs associated with the received exhibition region information in information in which the exhibition region information and commodity identification information are associated with each other; and a second control unit (122) that performs control for respectively associating the one or more commodity information items with the one or more electronic shelf labels (103).
