Abstract:
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a charging connector with which it is possible to improve the retaining strength of a connector terminal. A charging connector (10) according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a housing (11), a first electric power terminal (12) accommodated in the housing (11), and a first position-retaining member (16) for retaining the position of the first electric power terminal (12) in an insertion direction (D) of a counterpart terminal. The housing (11) has a second opening (57a) that is open in a thickness direction (Z) intersecting the insertion direction (D). The first position-retaining member (16) has an insertion portion (62) for insertion into the second opening (57a). The insertion portion (62) has a first abutting portion (64) abutted by the first electric power terminal (12) in the insertion direction (D). The insertion portion (62) abuts an edge portion of the second opening (57a) in the insertion direction (D).
