Abstract:
A charging control apparatus (300) controls charging of power storage batteries by interface apparatuses (400-1 to 400-m), on the basis of power distribution grid connection time and power distribution grid disconnection time of each of the interface apparatuses (400-1 to 400-m), said power distribution grid connection time and power distribution grid disconnection time being, respectively, the time of connection and the time of disconnection of the interface apparatuses (400-1 to 400-m) to power storage batteries mounted in EVs (500-1 to 500-n).
