Disclosed technology relates to a charging equipment installation system for a parking lot, and a system for settling a rate according to charging performed by charging equipment installed through the charging equipment installation system. The present invention corresponds to a combination between: networking technology among a parking lot for installation of a charging equipment, an electric power company, and a control center; and networking technology, by which a person having a particular right, such as a seasonal parking ticket, relating to at least one parking surface in a parking lot provided with a charging equipment can share his or her own parking information so as to enable other people to understand the parking information, and thus enables, through the sharing, another person, who needs parking and/or charging, to conveniently use the parking lot provided with the charging equipment.
