Abstract:
A chemical industry material extrusion and stirring apparatus, comprising a body (1), the body (1) comprising feed inlets (2), a first motor (3), an inner drum (6), and a through hole (7), a plurality of feed inlets (2) being arranged on the top of the body (1); a first motor (3) and a second motor (4) are respectively arranged above the body (1); an output end of the first motor (3) and of the second motor (4) are connected to an extrusion roller (5); the extrusion roller (5) extends into an inner drum (6) arranged inside the body (1); a variable frequency motor (9) is arranged on one side of a stirring bin (8); an output part of the variable frequency motor (9) is connected to a stirring shaft (10); a plurality of horizontal stirring shafts (11) are arranged on the surface of the stirring shaft (10); a filter layer (12) is arranged below the stirring bin (8); a base (15) is arranged below the body (1); a variable frequency motor (9) is arranged between the base (15) and the body (1); an output part of the variable frequency motor (9) is connected to a stirring shaft (10); and a plurality of horizontal stirring shafts (11) are arranged on the surface of the stirring shaft (10). The present apparatus has the advantages of rational structural design, good stirring effects, and high operating efficiency.
