Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of imaging. Disclosed are a circuit board assembly, a camera module, and an electronic device. The camera module comprises: a fixed circuit board, a movable circuit board, and a flexible connecting member; a hollow structure is formed in the middle of the fixed circuit board, the movable circuit board is at least partially provided in the hollow structure, and the movable circuit board comprises a first plate portion and a second plate portion which are arranged along the thickness direction of the fixed circuit board; an orthographic projection of the second plate portion on a reference surface is located in an orthographic projection range of the first plate portion on the reference surface to form a first stepped structure, wherein the reference surface is a plane where the surface of the first plate portion facing away from the second plate portion is. The flexible connecting member is connected to the edge of the second plate portion and the fixed circuit board, and the surface of the first plate portion facing away from the second plate portion is further provided with an electrical connection structure for being electrically connected to an image sensor, thereby facilitating providing the image sensor on the first plate portion. A part of the flexible connecting member is accommodated in a space in which the second plate portion retracts with respect to the first plate portion, thereby reducing the transverse size.
