Abstract:
According to the present invention, a circuit board comprises a ceramic board body, wiring that is arranged on the board body, and a resistor that is interposed on the wiring and has a higher electrical resistance than the wiring. The wiring has a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode has a first body part and a plurality of first comb tooth parts that extend from the first body part in a direction that intersects the extension direction of the first body part. The second electrode has a second body part and a plurality of second comb tooth parts that extend from the second body part in a direction that intersects the extension direction of the second body part. The comb-shaped first electrode and the comb-shaped second electrode are arranged so as to interdigitate with a gap therebetween. The resistor has a resistive element that is arranged so as to contact both the first body part of the first electrode and the second body part of the second electrode.
