Abstract:
A circuit breaker and a resistor break transmission structure thereof. The resistor break transmission mechanism of the circuit breaker comprises transmission crank arms (2, 10), a driving lever (6) and an intermediate transmission rod (5); the transmission crank arm (2, 10) is provided with a fixed hinge point (21), an input hinge point (24), a first output hinge point (23) and a second output hinge point (22); the driving lever (6) has a hinged end and a contact driving end; a resistor contact connecting rod (7) is hinged between the contact driving end and a resistor contact assembly which is provided in a guiding manner, and the intermediate transmission rod (5) has one end hinged to the second output hinge point (22), and the other end hinged between the hinged end and the contact driving end of the driving lever (6), so as to drive the driving lever (6) to swing in the form of a hard lever when the transmission crank arms (2, 10) swing. By means of the described form of a hard lever, the moving speed of the resistor contact connecting rod (7) can be increased, satisfying the speed requirement for a resistor moving contact of a resistor break, allowing for less parts of a driving mechanism required by a circuit breaker, thus having a simple structure, and low manufacturing costs.
