Abstract:
The present invention yields a circuit breaker in which the uniformity of design between a wiring circuit breaker and an earth leakage breaker is ensured, and a switching mechanism is shared. The present invention is provided with: a circuit interrupter (27) provided near both contacts; a cross bar (13) for rotatably holding a movable contactor (24); a lower link (39) for driving the cross bar (13); a lever (36) that engages with an overcurrent tripper (50) and rotates when tripping occurs; an upper link (37) supported by the lever (36) and joined to the lower link (39) via a spring pin (38); a main spring (40) in which a driven side is joined to the spring pin (38); a frame (32) fixed to a housing; a handle arm (33) rotatably supported by the frame (32) and joined to the driving side of the main spring (40); a sub-handle arm (34) rotatably supported by the frame (32) and joined to the handle arm (33); and a handle (31) mounted on the sub-handle arm (34).
