Abstract:
In the present invention, a cladding composition containing a metal powder, a binder, and an organic solvent is used when joining a metal substrate and a resin member. A first metal powder and a second metal powder are used in combination as the metal powder. A metal having a lower corrosion electric potential than the metal constituting the first metal powder is selected as the metal constituting the second metal powder. There is also used a manufacturing method having a step for applying the cladding composition to at least part of a metal substrate, a step for irradiating the section of the metal substrate to which the cladding composition was applied with a laser, a step for positioning a resin member on the section of the metal substrate that was irradiated with the laser, and a step for heating the interface between the resin member and the portion irradiated with the laser and joining the metal substrate and the resin member.
