Abstract:
A clamp for detecting the density performance of a fuel cell bipolar plate, comprising a polar plate to be tested (1), and an upper clamp assembly (2) and a lower clamp assembly (3) which are used for detecting the polar plate; a test gas chamber (4) used for detecting the polar plate (1) is provided on both the upper clamp assembly (2) and the lower clamp assembly (3), the two test gas chambers (4) forming a sealed cavity when the upper clamp assembly (2) and the lower clamp assembly (3) are closed; and test gas joints (5) are provided on the same side of both the upper clamp assembly (2) and the lower clamp assembly (3). The polar plate (1) is placed within the sealed cavity when the upper clamp assembly (2) and the lower clamp assembly (3) are closed, air is introduced into gas intake joints (51), and an air intake pipe adjusts the pressure of a test gas by means of a pressure reducing valve; meanwhile, an air discharge pipe is closed, the test gas enters the test gas chambers (4), and after the pressure is stable, the air intake pipe is closed, and after the pressure is maintained for a period of time, whether a pressure gauge changes is observed, thereby achieving the detection of the density performance of a bipolar plate.
