Abstract:
Disclosed is an on-line hot laminating process for an automobile sealing strip flocking belt, belonging to the technical field of sealing strip flocking. After a sealing strip is vulcanized or cured, a flocking belt is subjected to hot lamination, wherein by utilizing the temperature of the vulcanized or cured sealing strip, the flocking belt is subjected to hot melt lamination such that not only is waste heat utilization beneficial to environmental protection and energy conservation achieved, but also on-line laminating in a sealing strip production process is realized, thereby decreasing the complexity of a subsequent flocking process, saving on a technological process, and reducing the cost. Moreover, compared with a sealing strip produced by using traditional electrostatic flocking, a sealing strip produced by using the hot laminating process is better in in terms of flocking effect and more uniform in terms of fluff coverage, the possibility of the friction force between the sealing strip and glass being increased due to non-uniform flocking during use is reduced, and noise of automobile glass in the lifting process is reduced.
