Abstract:
A clamp for machining a housing of a sewing machine, comprising a machining platform (1), a support mechanism used for the placement of a housing being provided on an inner side of the machining platform (1); a clamping mechanism used for fixing the housing is provided on an upper side of the support mechanism, and the clamping mechanism is connected to a driving mechanism provided on an outer side of the machining platform (1). Since the clamp is provided with the clamping mechanism, telescopic rods (26) are used to push connecting blocks (27) to move, the connecting blocks (27) drive, by means of first connecting rods (28), sliding blocks (29) to move, and the sliding blocks (29) drive, by means of second connecting rods (31), clamping blocks (7) to move, so as to fix the housing. By providing multiple telescopic rods (26), the clamp may fix the housing from the left and right sides thereof, and the housing may also be fixed from the front and rear sides thereof, so that people may conveniently machine different surfaces of the housing. In addition, an adsorbing pipe (17) and a suction cup (21) are provided, so that the clamp may further fix the housing under the effect of an air pump (16), thereby enhancing the fixing firmness.
