Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wire cutting machines. Disclosed are a clamping apparatus for wire-cutting machining of a blanking part and a using method of the clamping apparatus. The apparatus comprises a clamping assembly for clamping a blank, and the clamping assembly comprises a clamping plate having an attraction surface, and at most one stabilizing plate for attracting the bottom surface of an integral material; the blank has at least one attracted surface for attraction and attachment, and the attracted surface of the blank is an upper surface or a side surface; and the clamping plate is provided with a grip portion that facilitates operation by a manipulator. According to the present invention, when a wire cutting machine tool performs a cutting and finishing operation, the clamping assembly is attracted and attached to the surface of the integral material, so that the wire cutting machine tool can directly perform finish machining on the finally cut blank, thereby improving the machining efficiency and precision of a workpiece, and the blank can also be accurately attracted, thereby realizing the effect of collecting blanks.
