Abstract:
A clamping tool for edging and cutting a glass tube. The clamping tool comprises a guide sleeve (1), an outer tensioning sleeve (2), inner tensioning blocks (3), a force-applying seat (4), a push rod (5) and a glass tube (6), wherein the outer tensioning sleeve (2) is inserted into the guide sleeve (1); the glass tube (6) is inserted into the outer tensioning sleeve (2); one end of the force-applying seat (4) passes through the outer tensioning sleeve (2) and extends into the glass tube (6); several uniformly arranged tensioning segments (21) are arranged on an end face of one side of the outer tensioning sleeve (2); a first driving inclined face (22) is provided on an outer wall of the tail end of each tensioning segment (21) on each side; a first conical face (12) matching the first driving inclined face (22) is provided on an inner cavity wall of the guide sleeve (1); several guide holes (41) are provided in a circumferential wall of the tail end of the force-applying seat (4), one inner tensioning block (3) being inserted into each guide hole (41); a second driving inclined face (32) is provided on an inner wall of each inner tensioning block (3); one end of the push rod (5) extends into the force-applying seat (4); and a second conical face matching the second driving inclined face (32) is provided on an outer wall of the push rod (5). The clamping tool is used for clamping the inner and outer surfaces of the glass tube (6) at the same time, such that the glass tube (6) is uniformly stressed, a clamping effect is guaranteed, and the clamping tool has a rational structural design, is convenient to manufacture and has a good usage effect.
