Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an elastic opening and closing mechanism and spectacles having same. The elastic opening and closing mechanism comprises a first rotating member and a second rotating member; the first rotating member is rotatably connected to the second rotating member; an elastic member is provided between the first rotating member and the second rotating member; when the first rotating member and the second rotating member are rotated and form a set included angle, one end of the elastic member abuts against the first rotating member, and the other end abuts against the second rotating member, so that an elastic force is applied to rotation between the first rotating member and the second rotating member. The elastic opening and closing mechanism is provided in the spectacles, so that an elastic force is applied when temples are unfolded with respect to a frame, and thus the spectacles can be worn firmly; moreover, the unfolding degree is large, the adjustment amount is large, and the use is convenient; in addition, the structure is simple, and the production cost is low.
