Abstract:
A classification device according to the present invention comprises: a first identification unit that, with speech data including the speech of a first speaker and the speech of a second speaker in a dialogue serving as input, uses a first identification model/rule so as to identify the speech type of each instance of speech included in the speech data; a second identification unit that, with the speech data and the speech type of each of the speeches serving as input, uses a second identification model/rule, which is predetermined according to the speech type, so as to identify in the speech data first identification speech indicative of a question and second identification speech indicative of a response to the first identification speech and that outputs speech pair data indicative of the first identification speech and the second identification speech; and a result classification unit that, with the output speech pair data serving as input, uses a result classification model/rule so as to classify the type of a response result with respect to the dialogue included in the speech data.
