Abstract:
A classification method (100) for quality problems during a production process. The method comprises: for each quality problem of a plurality of quality problems to be classified, on the basis of a propagation mode of the quality problem among nodes in a production graph, extracting a quality graph, which corresponds to the quality problem, from the production graph, wherein the production graph comprises all pieces of knowledge related to production (101); performing reduction on a plurality of extracted quality graphs according to a preset rule (102); and determining the similarity among the plurality of quality problems by using the plurality of quality graphs which are subjected to reduction, and classifying the plurality of quality problems according to the determined similarity (103). Quality problems are classified by means of quantitative measurement, such that it is possible to find the hidden reasons that make two seemingly different problems similar. When a new quality problem appears, by using the problem solving record of a past quality problem which is of the same category or has a high similarity with the new quality problem, the causes of the new quality problem is rapidly determined and the new quality problem is solved, thereby saving on the time and effort of an engineer.
