Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology effective for diversifying the ways in which a cleaning body holder is used, using an inexpensive structure, in a cleaning body holder having a configuration whereby a cleaning body is held via a plurality of holding bodies. [Solution] This cleaning body holder (130) for a cleaning tool (100) includes a handle section (150) grasped by a user's fingers, and two holding bodies (142, 142) each extending in a prescribed longitudinal direction, in parallel from the handle section (150) that holds the cleaning body (100). Both of the two holding bodies (142, 142) are configured as planar longitudinal members. The planar longitudinal members comprise: a fixed end section (142a) on the handle section (150) side; a free end section (142b) on the opposite side to the fixed end section (142a) relative to the longitudinal direction; and an extension section provided between the fixed end section (142a) and the free end section (142b), and having a plurality of extension surfaces having mutually different normal vectors, linked along the longitudinal direction.
