Abstract:
The present application discloses a clock synchronization method in a distributed system, and a related device. The distributed system comprises a plurality of nodes, the plurality of nodes comprising a master node and a plurality of slave nodes. The master node acquires a plurality of local clock offset values, wherein each local clock offset value among the plurality of local clock offset values indicates a clock offset between two nodes in the distributed system; the master node determines, according to the plurality of local clock offset values, a global clock offset value of a target slave node relative to the master node, and sends the global clock offset value to the target slave node; and the target slave node acquires a clock reference value of a local clock, and then performs clock synchronization according to the clock reference value and the global clock offset value. According to the solution provided in the embodiments of the present application, global error sharing can be realized by determining a global clock offset value by means of a master node, which facilitates improving the accuracy of clock synchronization of each node. In the present application, the clock synchronization accuracy can reach 1 microsecond.
