Abstract:
Provided is a flash point enhancer, comprising five functional components: a component to increase intermolecular force, a component to increase boiling point, a component to increase density, a component to reduce saturated vapor pressure, and a surface film-forming flame retardant component. Provided are a high-flash-point industrial polyurethane anticorrosive top coat comprises the flash point enhancer and a method for use thereof, said top coat being formulated by a main paint A component and a curing agent B component in a weight ratio of 5:1, the A component comprising: 30-40 parts by weight of high-solid, low-viscosity thermoplastic hydroxyl acrylic resin, 10-20 parts by weight of stearic acid modified polyurethane resin, 20-25 parts by weight of pigment and filler, 0.5-1 parts by weight of thickener, 1-1.5 parts by weight of wetting and dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of defoamant, 4-8 parts by weight of co-solvent, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of ultraviolet absorber, 5-10 parts by weight of debenzene solvent, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of flash point enhancer; the B component comprises: 80-90 parts by weight of isocyanate curing agent and 10-20 parts by weight of diluent solvent.
